there's a help section where you can email them, especially if you have been hacked

I tried that before when I bought an account and it got taken back.

They just request info like when you opened the account and a unfiltered picture

I can vouch that it never works. I tried getting a hacked account back and it's still in the persons' possession. It even said that the email I provided is on the account when it's clearly not. Instagram support is shit now that it's owned by Facebook.
