No one had access, I got logged out when I was banned and I just logged in and it's my ip. It couldn't have because I was training magic in my POH.

They made an announcement about pures during RuneFest '10.

I'll see if I can find the youtube video.

They seemed double sided on the whole "pures" concept.
Cause they said it's good that players find ways to alter stats for their own purposes.

but then again, they stated something about quests and events that would require a player to be well rounded in many skills.
