I've been doing sit ups and push ups for 3 days now. Well saturday I lifted the bench press a few reps at my friends house. Was sore the next day. Decided tuesday night I would start doing at home work outs to get stronger.

So I started doing push ups an situps. I did 50 the first night, each. Then the next night the same because I was sore. And then tonight I bumped up the reps to 75 each. I can feel it working. Fast I know. That's because I've been away from body building for over a year, that this little bit is impacting my body so much.

I hope to be doing 200 each by the end of the month. BUT IT'S WORKING!! :D

Run and do squats.

Also, there is another exercise but I can't think of the name. Pretty much what you can do is grab something like a 2x4 and put the front part of your feet on it. Then lift yourself off the ground like you are getting on your tip toes and then slowly go back down. Repeat.

EDIT: Might be called calf raises.
 
Ah I've done those before. Not a fan. I mean push ups and sit ups are tolerable, while other excercises are not. That being one of them. Squatting with weights is fun.
 
Glad to see you can bench 100 pounds now.
 
Do calf raises and speed squat if you want to get your legs bigger.

well done man. you really should get one of those doorframe bar things, they are sick.

These can work with out weights if your starting off, you can do them anywhere.
