I've been doing sit ups and push ups for 3 days now. Well saturday I lifted the bench press a few reps at my friends house. Was sore the next day. Decided tuesday night I would start doing at home work outs to get stronger.
So I started doing push ups an situps. I did 50 the first night, each. Then the next night the same because I was sore. And then tonight I bumped up the reps to 75 each. I can feel it working. Fast I know. That's because I've been away from body building for over a year, that this little bit is impacting my body so much.
I hope to be doing 200 each by the end of the month. BUT IT'S WORKING!!
