They are saying that the flag held in the window is not the same flag that ISIS represents. So this could very well be a different terrorist group. None the less this is a bad situation.

I've been watching this report all morning.
It'll most likely be settled peacefully, just to send out a message, but I'll be expecting to hear really bad news at anytime.
 
Yeah this shit was fucked lol, 3 people died and and a few injured i'm pretty sure. What i'm wondering is did he shit and piss in his pants? It went on for 16 hours he can't go that long without it lol, or did he wear an adult nappy or something. They found him covered in shit, cunts fucked. The way I was hearing about it made it sound like some terrorist gang took over the cafe but then I saw the news and it was just 1 guy lol.
