Is Whaling Still Effective?

I'm just curious, due to the fact whaling is about all I know how to do.
I use to make a tiny bit of money doing it, no more than 30M though.

And not even complex whaling, simply using bintext to pick through the files.
Fuck complicated ass decryption.
 
I've made about 350M from whaling and alot from other games also... It's a good and affective way if you find nice victims.


EDIT; thanks you got me into whaling again, i just whaled a big fucking mail with logs.. over 25k logs.
 
Yes, it's very effective and always will be until people lrn2program.
 
Hmm, well I guess I shall attempt it again.
I did it a little last night, and I managed to obtain a Gmail username and password, but, it wouldn't let me log on due to location differences or something.
All I need is the last 4 digits of the dude's cell and I'm in.

Currently I am emailing him back and forth acting like I know him and I'm gonna ask for his number and say something like, "Man, can I please call you I have some important stuff to tell you!"

I have managed to obtain over 2.5b all from whaling. I have a lot of experienxe using Cheat Engine... But sadly this method doesn't work so well.. Actually it doesn't work like 95% of the time...

Basically , Go to YouTube and find a fake program . Like Runescape gold generator. Then you use a problem called BinText and look for their gmail username / Password. If you get lucky , You find a gmail account with key-logger Logs . Then you search the logs and make profit.

Somewhat effective I'd say, depending on your knowledge of how to decrypt everything and what not. I always enjoyed whaling because you could get tons of various logs from different things and even lots of RuneScape accounts .
 
I've made 10$ from it by selling the account to gold4rs , i only know basic whaling ( Hex editing ) Would be lovely how someone could explain the rest to me
