Is Turmoil worth it?

I've been thinking about getting turmoil on my main for a while. I only have like a 300M bank so it will probably take most of it. 70 prayer ATM. Is it worth it?

You will tear any and everything up and will not regret one second of spending so much cash on 95 Prayer.

Just calculated it, it will only cost 78M if I use big bones on my guilded alter, I'll probably just bot it so im not really worried about how long it will take

Well I mean a lot of its items and things, AGS, bandos, fury, Arcane, etc. But I dont really use a lot of it.
