Possibly because he has reputation that says deal with caution and he is a scammer.
 
Id say yeah because on his username changes he's been called Uzi since like July and he has a bunch of neg rep. Whoever it is, don't deal with him.

I can't look at profiles since I am not signed in. However I know he was not a HF member when he was apart of FK. I remember he hated HF.
