Is this spider harmless?

I just brushed a fly off my face, except when it fell off my face I realized it was a spider. It was not a good feeling... I don't think it bit me but just in case. Is this a harmless spider? I executed it via electricity once I was aware of its presence.

I like how you just brushed it off your face @Yeti*. If that happened to me, I would have punched that fucker off my face and then gotten my shotgun and loaded it with buckshot, and then I would have shot the living fuck out of it. That's just me tho fam, I got issues with spiders ya know
