I haven't eaten for 36 hours and I still don't feel hungry one bit, I feel abit sick (like throwing up) but I can't really as I have nothing to throw up.

What should I do?

Like I'm not feeling like I can puke, just like every 20-30 minutes I feel like what you do before you puke for a second or two. Not sure what I should do

I'm stuffed, I feel like what I do after I eat 2 full adults meals at a local pub. I love spare rips + chips

But really, I can't eat for shit.
 
Eat something, it's not healthy to go without some type of food for 3days

On topic: Eat some food. If you get sick go to a Doctor.
 
You're probably too occupied to feel hunger, but the physical part is unavoidable. Get off the computer for a few hours, sit outside, and all of a sudden you'll be very hungry.

I can't go to the doctor for another 2 days (can't leave the house, reason = personal)

And I have food in front of me but I feel more ill if I try and eat it

No, I'm not I'm more fat than normal for my age (I think, don't really know what my 'fatness' for my age is)

Well I be doing that since I was 5 so that's nothing new so I highly doubt that's what's making me feel like not eating.
