Is it possible to sell a Star Wars Commander account? Star Wars Commander is basically CoC but its a Star Wars version which of course I think is so much better.

Probably not.
I don't think the game is popular enough like Clash of Clans.

It's possible to sell anything but I doubt you'll find anyone to buy it.
Wait for it to gain some cred.
I've never played CoC for example but nearly everyone has heard of it.
