Is this an OG or Semi?

So I just got this tag and Im not sure if it is semi or OG. A Lamnent is the stuff used to laminate papers like what teachers do. It isn't a common word but it isn't plural or anything like that.

Please help and maybe make an offer on it?

Look, is there prefix or suffix on the end of it? Is it just the word just the root?

Semis would be like, Remake, Vibration, etc.
 
Is the GT "Lamnent" or "Lament" ? Because Lamnent isn't even a word.
Lament and Lambent are.
If it's Lament, it's oG.
