Is this a scam?

All of you guys aren't realising it could be someone who has your address, name etc (aka they've dox'd you) and they're trying to make a quick buck off scaring you with a fake letter. Have you pissed off anyone on the internet in the past month or two?

It is probably a fake email, check the email to see if it's their official address.
