Is there any other way to run iDung?

Well I was told you have to run iDung in Powerbot. I fear for the secureness of my account and am looking for another way to run iDung (which I think is a pre-compiled jar idek) without powerbot..
 
Block powerbot in the host file & make it unable to update, that way it shouldn't matter if someone hacks powerbot, right?

Then you won't get updates and your bots won't work.
 
Here we go again...:

Get a VM
Set a bank pin/recov/email on your account, so if it gets stolen you're cool.
Only run rsbot in the vm
???

Kinda a no brainer, but you never know.
