Basically looking for either a program or someone who can do this. Willing to pay and no the sc isnt some
super OG just something meaningful. Is there anyone here who can do this or help out?

Cracking isnt against rules babe. Selling cracked accounts is, BUT philly has never done anything about it, unless it's a members account that has been cracked.
