Is staff permitted to do whatever they want? I have witnessed an abundance of character evasion with no consequences, but more recently the multi-accounting of the user @"Narc".

Narc's second account is @"Mitchell", which is disallowed here supposedly.
So once again, is staff permitted to do as they please, breaking whatever rules they wish in the process?

He said it's his "mobile account". I don't think he is allowed to do that.

Let's see what he says about this first.

Staff can break some of the rules from time to time as I stated before. Although not encouraged we still let some things slide for staff. If he wants a mobile account, he can have a mobile account, I have one as well. Stop being jealous and trying to cause drama.
