Is it possible to get rep by banned users removed?

@Light gave me a rep back when I joined, about me being a multi, because I decided to donate/upgrade for a total of a whopping $100(lol).
Just wanted to know if it's possible, the reason why I ask here instead of just PM'ing a mod, is because I don't wanna waste their time, unless I know they actually do it.

I just don't like people who calls me stuff, that I'm not.

only thing you can get removed is false accusations of you being a scammer
philly made a thread changing the rules about rep a while ago
otherwise you could appeal just about anything on your rep

More than half of the users that gave me negative reputation are now permanently banned.

Reputation abuse is not heavily monitored here. The prime reason to have a negative reputation removed is if a user makes a false scammer accusation. Plus, only the administrators can alter reputation at the moment, and there is more important things that could be dealt with.

People have neg repped for false shit so many times, I don't think anything can be done... neg rep should be removed.
