Is it normal not to go out?

I just would rather sit at home by myself and listen to some music or browse the web then go out with friends. For example today I skipped a pool party and instead was on RG and am watching the Champions League Final. I only go out when I'm forced or if it's a friend who hasn't visited in a while. And I'm not referring to psychical activity, I do that quite a bit.

Lemme know what you think.
 
Honestly, I like to balance both my lives. Both on the internet and in real life. It may seem like I'm always on, but it's mostly during the week after my sports, school, work and my girlfriend. I go out to clubs, parties, chill and cruise around.

I also enjoy my "nerd" nights once in a while. Nothing to be ashamed of.
 
Well I have football every day this year but I'm quitting my club so it'll only be me working out by my self. I'm psychically healthy but most people tell me it's weird not to go out and enjoy other people.
 
I like having my nerd days where I just "nerd off" a game for a whole day. ;D

Order pizza, get a few beers. Done.

Ah. Hahah I never go to "big" social things in my town... To many dumbasses. Plus I'd rather talk shit over the computer.

Oh? So you're telling me that you didn't post this thread already knowing that what you're talking about isn't normal? LOL BS You know it's not normal, that's why you brought it up; just to stir the pot and get some more points flowing.

I know you really want that 50M but take my advice; ease up a bit on the thread posting and comments. You're not obligated to take a stab at every single damn thread as if it's a corn-dog eating contest. It's not about the quantity, it's about the quality of your posts. Screw the contest. Make that change and I guarantee RG will appreciate you more.
 
Actually I made this thread understanding that in the view of the average members of society it was weird or even frowned upon. I thought I'd get some members of the community would be intelligent enough to pick that up and even further it to understand the real question. That being was I over analyzing my role in society or was my attitude just my intellect pointing me to the road of success.
 

I know its off topic, but true. Like the last contest me and Oxide were the leaders, but we got to like 1800 points at the end of the contest, you guys are barely half way done and easily passing where we ended at.

You can go above and below the normal.

To make it clear by going out am I just becoming a mere actor in a drama? By staying home and learning new skills I'm going to help my self succeed. Since the normal is to be average in life one must be unorthodox to become above average or successful.
 

Your also gaining life experiences by going out, making friends, and possibly meeting a GF. And you said when you stay home your just sitting there browsing the web and posting on RG, which isn't learning anything useful in life.

And I have plenty of friends in school and many who I could hang out with out of it just doesn't interest me. And regarding a girlfriend I manage to get some without one.

Agreed, if I'm going to be honest.

I got banned from another forum, so I decided to go out and meet some friends. Not knowing I'd meet my girlfriend. It's been 4months since then.

But I know people who have met over the internet and have a strong in person relationship from the internet.
