Poop thinks it is, and i dont. Because it feels good (im assuming) and head is head, regardless of gender. As i write this i feel gay aF but im seriously wondering.

I personally think it's the same as having a homosexual relationship with another man. You're basically doing sexual things to each other, so I could consider it gay.
