Do you think that it is far to take some persons life? If it is an act of self defense, or helping to save another persons life then I believe it is some-what fair, but no body deserves to be murdered.

Before any discussion gets started, how are you defining fair? It's a word that most people have a misconstrued definition of.

It's up to you, is it to you, fair? Do you find it equally equivalent to another crime, etc.

"agreeing with what is thought to be right or acceptable"

And is it something that is thought to be either?

If I'm being attacked and I feel like my life is in danger. I will kill a nigga.

Fair or unfair. What are you trying to get at?

Nothing really just seeing how far I could pull you along with nonsense. Personally, I think murder is very justifiable given the correct circumstances, but in reality death is death. One way or another, you're going to die, the only questions are how and when.

It is very simple to answer the question. Answer it with your own definition of what fair means.

Refresh your page bud, I didn't think you'd read it that quick.

Self defense is fine, okay. Saving someone else's live,if killing the innocent to save the innocent is a negotiable topic but killing the guilty to save the innocent I guess its okay. BUT MURDER IS FUCKED UP AND WRONG,but if someone killed Kim Jong Un,I won't cry.

Question is far too open, every circumstance is different.

Depends on the circumstance. If I was out and a guy came and attacked me, I'm gonna defend myself, if he dies then that's fine. He chose to attack me. But if I just went out on the street and picked a randoms person, put a gun up to their head and blew their brains out, no that's not fair. I also believe it is fair in war because we're defending our country. But I could never bring myself to kill someone.

If you take someone's life in order to save another, innocent life, I believe it is right.

Yeah but again, that's far too vague to be able to justify it. While you may see someone as an innocent, they could in fact be a rapist/murderer/sex offender/child molester etc etc. Is there truly an honest justification for taking a life? No, i honestly do not believe there is.

Yes, there are many honest justifications for taking a life.

This question is an illusion. It shouldnt even be asked in the context its being asked in. People shouldnt attack you in the streets in the first place, and you shouldnt have to kill anyone in defense.

Sadly thats not how our current world works. So for the sake of the question, no it is no fair to take someones life in any scenario, but it may be necessary.

Murder is obviously not right or acceptable, and never will be. But killing in the act of self-defense walks the line, if there was opportunity to defend yourself without killing then of course it's not ok.
