is good to wake up to early

i am thinking to wake up early but i can't wake up so is there any tips or something,is it good to wake up too early?
 
This depends from person to person and his needs. If this is from the health point of view then of course rising early is good because one gets the maximum benefit of the natural freshness of the morning and can find it best. Also this is not all that polluted in those hours so being out side for walks and workouts may be good.

It's not good to wake up when the sky is still dark because the light helps to get a good mood. By the way it depends on the time you sleep and not on the hour you wake up: you should sleep about 7/8 hours a day, including the afternoon naps.
 
Yep there is simply put your alarm clock beside your ears so you will simply wake up on the said time you alarm it or tell your mom to wake you up at this time.
 
For me, my mind works well when I rise early. As to how to wake-up early, for a day or two, try waking up early. This way, you cannot help but sleep early also. And this will become a habit.

Its always good and healthy to wake up early,
 
it depends. i don't like waking up in the morning, but waking up in the morning makes your chores finish faster especially if you are like me.. a housewife.

Exhaust yourself the whole day and make sure that you are really tired enough, in that way you can sleep very easily. Don't be a couch potato and just sitting over. If you still have time to do some extra curricular activities that will help. You can read as well to make yourself sleepy. You can drink milk to relax and eat bananas.
