My friend won't drink hot chocolate because she is cutting down on milk and coco saying a hot chocolate is unhealthy, she does however buy coco pops and eat these (or cornflakes with sugar). Isn't eating coco pops basically the same as drinking a hot chocolate or are they healthier?
