The site is a scam... They payout low amounts, but once enough people buy the higher ranked levels they close the site.

"Not only is it a ponzi, but you also are highly unlikely to be sitting there, 24/7, claiming your money every 20 minutes because it fills maximum capacity all the time. Also, did I mention they haven't paid anyone in like a day?
Also, did you notice that a few days ago, if you did everything 100% efficiently, you'd end up with the money you invested? (i.e. if level 2 is 0.15/month, costs 0.05 and has a lifetime of 10 days, 10 days = 1/3rd of a month = you'd only be making your investment back, this was changed recently though where the lifetime was increased (doubled on certain levels), probably prolonging the life of the ponzi during it's collection period.)"
Total Ponzi scheme plus it's not really worth the time and effort to stay on the site and click every few minutes... unless you have nothing better to do of course
