Reported it to @Philly a while back, the notification fails to get the correct pmid and hence this error. Probably because of upgrade to mybb 1.8 and the plugin isn't officially released for 1.8, only a dev version exists and ofcourse it has bugs.

I get the same error, it's pretty annoying but it's been happening to every myBB forum I go on, so I think it's a universal thing
