iPad Mini Restore Problem (Jailbroken) [reward if fixed]

I haven't used my ipad mini in a while.

It is on iOS 6.0.2 and jailbroken,
when I connect to iTunes and click restore it comes up with this error and goes into recovery mode:


I use TinyUmbrella to get it out of recovery mode every time.

I edit the "hosts" file on my computer like some youtube videos say but it doesn't help.

I have looked up tons of ways to do it and I can't get to work.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I'll send $5 PayPal to whoever helps me fix this.
 
I already deleted CydiaSubstrate from what I am aware that is all that is needed to do on Cydia but I will try that.

Don't forget to delete your tweaks and stuff etc.. Everything on your packages and sources
 
Try putting it into DFU mode and restoring.
Other then that try on a different computer that's what works for me.
 
Its because of the jailbreak that I can't restore it goes into recovery mode when I try to restore it...

dui that didn't work the cydia app just disappeared and now I can't do anything on cydia.
 
I don't have another computer with me atm.

I am sorry dui, I really appreciate all the help but I don't know what else to do.
