1) Download the recent version of Spotify
2) Open up cydia 
3) Add the source http://repo.insanelyi.com/
4) Search Spotify4All 
5) Enjoy free Spotify Premium

does this tweak cover premium for a certain amount of time?
 
thanks for this, i use music box for singles mainly anyway but spotify is pretty useful to find some classic tracks
 
My friend did this for me the other day works great.

How can i actually tell if my account is premium? What changes?
