I'm surprised nobody else has shared this. Personally I had been looking for an app like this for quite some time before finding it. AirMusic is on the app store for I believe $3. It is incredibly simple to set up, and it allows you to listen to any music you have on your iDevice on your Xbox, PS3, PC, etc.
