Quick question:

I need to make a bunch of spam instagrams. Could i (after backing up) restore my iphone and redownload instagram and make more accounts?

Will it let me?

Kind of a stupid question ik but i need some answers.

It works for me. I have around four accounts. Maybe it's the VPN? I don't know.
 
I reset my phone completely and made 10 freshies.

you can make 5 or 6 without a vpn before it gets blocked

bluestacks does not allow you to register igs anymore my man, gives proxy error
