Instagram wtf

Hey guys, 
When ever i try to log into instagram it says your account has been disabled.

It says this on all my accounts, none of them are deleted and i can log into a them on safari.
 
What accounts are you having trouble with?

My accounts are all fine, i just cant log in from my phone
 
exact same thing happen to me. My accounts are fine but my phone seems too be banned. If you find a fix let me know!
 
This happened to my sister and she said that she just had to Erase all Content and All Settings in the General Settings on her iPhone, I am just going off what she has told me.
