Instagram Stat help?

How do I get my followers to be more active, or what is a way of effectively gaining active followers?

I'm at 34,000 followers with 1,000-1,500 likes, I just got this account and I'm disappointed in these stats.
 
when I owned a stat account I used the "Double tap if...." way. it bumped me up a few hundred likes per photo.

But what's really effective is the "*put comment here* TAG 3 FRIENDS" as mentioned above.

why?

Basically those who are active, they'll tag 1-3 friends who will be active as well. So you're using them to bring more actives

If that made any sense....

I was just wondering if you were trading
im looking for a stat currently, my other got hacked.
but just do sfs wiith big accounts youll get 100k in no time!

don't put it on private (I didn't wanna follow)
and make the bio say something like
"New followers spam"
I owned @palefessions get a shoutout from them
(there the ones who scammed me)

Oh that sucks man, I took your advice and made some changes.
When I post a pic Ill tell them to tag 5 friends also.
