By some dirt don't you mean that this is a hacked account?
EDIT: Everybody check the comments. This account was owned by the owner of @sl*p and it was hacked by the new owner. That's why he's selling it so cheap. It has a lot of hate in the comments too.

As far I as I knew, stolen or phished accounts aren't permitted to be sold on FK.

It's still a stolen account. Which is against the rules.

Are you some big hacker too? Threatening to post his address or as you say 'adress' on the deep web. Don't bother deleting that either since I took a screenshot.

Seems suspicious ey. The previous owner said he got scammed so.
 

no he's just an offsite scammer his dox was public too.
 
This guy is a major offsite scammer I think this is against the rules like @MCG said.
