but dose anyone know why instagram removed the k lmao
or is it just me.
 
A lot of us can agree that the 'k' isn't really necessary until a user has reached over 9999 followers..

I also look at it as an award for reaching such a milestone, especially if you're one of the people who posts selfies and other personal shit.
 
What is the "k"? Am I missing something ? :S
 
Noooo you guys got it all wrong.

if you have less than 10,000 followers it doesn't show the k anymore

it used to be: 3.1k now its 3100

Lurids is right, I had 2.6k and now 2.689 back to the full amount..It shows if you got up too 10.000 the k

Mine still shows the "k" and I only have 7k, so idk why it isn't showing for you.
 
I found the k really annoying becuase you couldn't see if you were close to your next 100 followers. It's better like this.
