Instagram High Stat Accounts!

I am looking for accounts that have a-lot of followers (around 20k+) and at-least 10k-15k active. Which means I'd like all photos to get shitload comments, photo likes 2k+ and thats basically it.

I'm paying with paypal, and paying up to $400.

@"Poe" is being inactive, and Turner I messaged but most of his are spammed to crap so they aren't getting many likes..
