Instagram help

Is there ANYWAY to get a Instagram unbanned? My instagram literally got banned for no reason and its not perm'd so I'm not sure if there is anyway, I tried emailing Instagram through their support but I haven't gotten anything back. Any advice?

Instagram has the shittiest support I've ever layed eyes on, they take like 3 to 4 days to reply at most.
