hey could anyone help in getting back an Instagram? It was taken from me about an hour ago and they took my @ off of it and everything. right now they have it as @wallcharger

It didnt get jacked it got pulled back most likely. This is why I try to only use accounts I've owned as my main.

When your email is changed, Instagram emails you saying that your email wa changed and was this you blah blah blah but at the bottom of it there's a link that says "secure your account" click that
