Mods can only do 48 hr mutes on the spot. Other than that, other reports are reviews by Jagex staff.

I had a pmod like level 3 but this was back in 2002 when you just needed to report people swearing and botters. So I just spam reported botters and my friend made junk accounts for me to report for cussing every 1 minute or w/e the timer was back then.
