Okay, I'm currently on my phone and not on my computer and have no internet at the moment for pc as I'm upgrading isp providers.

I hope to have it all sorted out within the next week. Just letting everybody know.

How does it take a week to change ISPs?

What ISPs do you have over thier? And hope you coe back soon!
 
For me it was Telstra, not happy with them, so I'm moving providers.
