Hi, I have been wanting this inactive twitter for some time now, i will keep the username private but if you are able to get it for me I will pay depending on how fast you can deliver it but my budget is low $xx

The price is negotiable, I just need to find someone who can do this for me successfully and securely.

I believe the user "Feared." can do this. I'm not 100% that he can/will do it. Hit him up. I highly doubt it will be $10, though.
