In need of the forum's opinion.

Due to @cas annoying the piss out of me, I would like to receive the forum's opinion on a disgruntle between the two of us.

A long ass time ago, I middlemanned a deal between @cas and @aleyoso (veterans will know who this is). The deal was $40.00 for an XBOX One. The deal was complete and finalized for over a week. It later came to be that @aleyoso scammed a large amount of members out of XBOX Ones. I didn't put a note in the payment to @aleyoso and was unable to win the dispute.

@cas thinks it is my fault as the middleman that he is out of a WHOPPING $40.00 and that I should compensate for his loss.

The deal was over. I made no mistake as a middleman on my end.

Who do you believe is right? Myself? Or @"Cas"?

Also, @"cas", note the "disclaimer" on my middleman thread that has been there since Day One.

I never middlemanned ( I thought I did ). I just redeemed a MoneyPak (as it was one of my larger services back then.. a lot of you know) and sent to Aleyoso.

Game over. I win. GG.

That's not your fault at all. He received the tracking info, how were you supposed to know what was in the box, if he wanted you to send him the money when it came he should of said so. @cas should stop being a whiny bitch over something that was his fault.

If their was anyway to check if the shipping information was real i'd say thats kinda your fault but at the same time not really, i would say you don't have to pay him for his loss of $40.

I didn't actually middleman a deal. I successfully redeemed a MoneyPak and sent it to Aleyoso. I agreed to no middlemanning. This entire dispute is pointless.
