What are the chances of snagging a 3 character/letter or 2 character/letter
by using chronos program that automatically takes the tag and my 2 full lists.

Most likely never with all these programs floating around. But it's hard to tell, you might get lucky.
 
Three character/letter gamertags reset all the time. A two letter you might have a hard time getting.
 
You cant even get 2 letters anymore 1 because of spaced versions and 2 because its required that new tags be 3 letters now
 
You have a slim to none chance since Chronos gave that checker and turboer out for free, and bare mans will be using it, and I can guarantee that most people will be running it all day and night.
