Games with Gold will be coming to Xbox One, so a single Gold membership will get you free games on both Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Plus, they're introducing Deals with Gold for Xbox One which gives members exclusive discounts on games and content in the Xbox Store.

Also, all Xbox 360 and Xbox One owners will get access to popular entertainment apps, like Netflix, YouTube, Machinima, and more on Xbox without needing an Xbox Live Gold Membership*. This means that everyone can enjoy the amazing gaming, TV and entertainment experiences that Xbox has to offer, right out of the box.

*Some apps including Netflix, may require app provider-specific subscriptions and/or additional requirements. Multiplayer between Xbox 360 and Xbox One not supported. Free Games Offer: for paid Gold members only. On Xbox One, active Gold membership required to play free games you've downloaded.

Does tis basically mean you won't have to pay to play online anymore or am I reading this wrong?

No, you're reading this wrong.
Alright, had a feeling I was, but I was hoping on the off chance that I wasn't that it would be true.

It'll be cool to see how these turn out. Hopefully they're added soon.

These are awesome updates. What games are going to be free? Random ones from the game store or all of them?

I read about this a few days ago.

Hopefully this helps inform users who hadn't hear the news.
