The reason you can't access this website from your normal computer or at home without bypassing the system is because you haven't logged out from your previous session the way you can do that is by deleting your cookies/history. I don't believe you've been IP banned, though.

You shouldn't have done it in the first place as it you wouldn't be in this current situation.
