The staff needs to implement a new system in the registration process so these fucks can't get on here and spam 5-10 threads

No, and I don't moderate the site so it's not my job to supply/apply every detail as to what should and shouldn't happen. I just gave my input on the matter.

Assuming its a bot, this could work. However if its human it wont be a challenge to bypass it. Adding a filter for certain terms, character strings, etc. (lots of these posts have common character strings) could very well cut down on the amount of these posts occur.
