Okay, so to begin with my parents are divorced. I have a stepdad and my dad has a girlfriend. Well, last week my mom was being a bitch and kicked me out to live with my dad for around a week because "I was the reason as to why she's stressed." Well that's total bullshit. Anyways, when I came back we decided to start fresh on a new page. We started talking and I asked her if I could get my ears pierced for Christmas. She said that she would have to talk to my stepdad who is currently in Hawaii on Vacation with his sister. Anyways, I called him and asked and he said he didn't care. So I told my mom and she said she would think about it and might do it. So this morning, she leaves and comes back with her nose pierced. I was like why didn't you take me to get my ears pierced while you were there? And she said because I'm not getting them done. Then, like 20 minutes ago my mom, and my younger sister who is 10 are talking about how they are going to go and get their nails done tomorrow. What pisses me off is that for me to go get my ears done it's only 10 dollars. For her to get my sisters nails done it's like 30.WTF, I feel like she favorites my sister.. Any advice?! Also, I told her that I would pay for it -_-
 
Wow man that's pretty hypocritical. The best thing you can do for yourself is swallow the bullshit. It's not an easy thing to do but it will spare you the trouble in the end. Just out of curiousity how old are you? Worst case scenario you can wait it out a couple years until you hit 18 and get it done if you still want to.

You coulld Just get it done anyways but you know as well as I do that it would just instigate the situation.

There is nothing you can really do but deal with it. Parents seem to do a lot of things with explanation.
 
sorry man, my mom is the same way! she favorites my brother all the time. Some advice: just try to get along with her and maybe she will eventually let you get your ears done. Idk but it works sometimes

Just be a rebel and go get them done yourself. If she kicks you out then either refuse or just join yo stepdad in Hawaii.
 
Dang that sucks man, sorry about that I haven't had my ears pierced but I know it's cheap and doesn't take
long at all
 
I got 'em pierced everyone! I went to my dads house and he convinced my mom over the phone to let me get em. They're white gold stem with fake diamonds :p
