I'm so sick, I have the flu. I know it doesn't sound like much, it's been here for about 1 week and 5 days. I went to the doctors and he said just stay warm and take a tablet.

I've waited & waited, i'm not healing. Any suggestions?
 
Go to the Doctors again if its been 2 weeks and if they tell you the same thing again then it's just a flu, but if it's not a flu, they will know by now. Some flus just take longer to heal than others.
 
Drink tons and tons of water and electrolytes and wait it out. Otherwise, go back to the doctor.
 
get some night nurse, to help it works wonders for me when ever i have the flu

Thanks, I've been eating Chicken soup alot, just makes my nose runny.
 
With the flu you should never stay warm, I don't know where your doctor obtained his degree but when you have the flu you usually have a high temperature. You should not be warm, that way the the heat can escape your body. You should never be fully submerged in heavy blankets or clothing. And also, drink plenty of fluids.
 
I'm sick too man. I just got a cold though. get lots of rest, and hope you get better soon ;D
 
Just listen to your doctor. Quite frankly, he's the professional not us. Stay warm and continue taking your tablet(s). Obviously you went to see a doctor because you wanted their help. Why do that if you're not going to use it?
