Well... I had some modded styles (by hand, not with a program), and they finally broke. The fight ended with me having to reformat my computer, because I logged into a black screen. None of my system programs would run. (By this I mean the tast manager and cmd in safe mode.)

That sucks, but like Automatic Coding said, next time you should have back-up. I hope everything works out.

Well, because of this ^ and the reason it crashed (also stated in the OP) it would have been months behind, even if I would have backed up everything.

You restore files using the Restore Files wizard. You can restore individual files, multiple files, or all files in a backup. You can also restore just your files or files for all people that use the computer.

I can't do a system restore if nothing works.
 
Usually id just say - I know how you feel bro :/ but unfortunately i cant nothing has happened like this to me
