What happens is, the seller of the tumblr would send the info to the MM. The MM would then secure it for the buyer. Then after the seller receives the payment then the buyer is given the account info.

Then you need an MM with a dummy account.
Send the money to a dummy account(middle man), after have the MM sends Loyal the money.

No man, thats why i said its a deal if the MM accepts PP. Because that basically what happens, the money is directly from you to me.
