First go to this link http://www.gamestoppickyourperks.com/index.html and pick your perks and stuff. Then it should say enter a email at the bottom. Make sure you put a Valid email. Then you should get to a page where it shows all the information you have to put in. Please look to the bottom or use fakenamegenerator.com

Lucky!!!!! I have done it twice and got wallpapers both times. I am going to keep doing it though.
