If you know your boss is 100% wrong about something, how would you handle this?

I know all of us has encounter this kind of problems,i know its hard but I need some opinion.If you know your boss is 100% wrong about something, how would you handle this?
 
Make sure you have all your facts straight and discuss it with him/her in private before doing something publicly. You stand a better chance of getting agreement or a reversal than if you challange publicly right off the bat.

Ive handled it both ways and not putting the boss on the spot publicly is the better way. They are less defensive and more likely to listen to reason. Doing it publically looks like a challenge to thier authority and things can get ugly quickly.

First I assure myself to be calm and still cool. For me to tell him my sentiments I intentionally say it through a joke so that he will not be upset. As we know boss's are full of pride isn't it? Through this everyone still laughs but if we turn back each other he will begin to realize everything.
 
My boss is an open-minded person and I don't have any problem telling him he is wrong if indeed he is. I just make sure that whatever I say would be something constructive.

Good decision mate,yeah your right they are full of pride and its not easy to them to accept that sometimes they did wrong most of the time because they are the bosses,some of them think that they are like GOD that you need to respect all the time.
 
Well i will told him or her that he or she is wrong about it but if he or she insist well i will just let it on her or him on own because he/she handle the company and i am just a employer.
