If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake?

Mistake is a part of being a being human,it makes us be careful for every decision we make.there are saying that we can learn form our mistake.
If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake?
 
Being afraid to commit mistake means that you are learning.
You already know what is the effect or result of that mistake,then why do it again?
People who keep committing same mistake/s is a fool and never learn to avoid same mistake.
 
It is true that we learn from our mistakes. That is the reason why we are afraid to make a mistake because we don't want to experience again the bad feeling it brought us.
 
We are afraid to do a mistake again,coz will already knew what will be the outcome of it. Mostly, human are afraid to face reality and also afraid to accept mistake.

we are afraid to do mistake because we are afraid to do the same mistake and feel disappointed then, that is why we are trying to get away from that mistake.
 
We are afraid of making mistakes is because sometimes a mistake costs us life, or something that is too dangerous to be experienced just for the sake of ‘learning something’. I think you can lean not only from mistakes, but from those who make mistakes. You don’t need to experience a mistake in order to learn from it.
 
We learn from our mistakes when we have already committed them and not making them intentionally. Therefore we are afraid of committing them and always try to avoid doing them. This is all right if commit them and learn from them but not intentionally. They take place by mistake.

Because there are a lot of mistakes available on earth that people tend not to discover yet. And these mistakes that we learn from the past help us establish the instinct act of relating it to the next mistake which will happen. So it is the influence of the past that makes mistakes to be avoided and being afraid off to do.
