If I was to buy a ACC

If I bought an OG GT but with the whole acc. It's a fresh silver I believe. Is there anyway to make it so they can't pull it back? If so can someone please tell me how? I'm

Add billing and 2 step. If they try to call it in it'll get banned.

Well it's a freshie, if they don't have the account it was originally created on then it will be hard to pull it back in the first place.

But of course you can secure it far beyond needed.
